Invoice
Receivable from part sale or service.
Invoices should come from ERP line items, not manual typing. That supports DATEV and GoBD. In German used-parts trade, Invoice is an everyday term. Recyclers should use it consistently in the team and ERP so search, eBay listings, and customer communication align. Technically correct maintenance saves inquiries and reduces returns. Document relevant attributes in structured fields instead of free text only. Train new staff specifically on this term, especially at vehicle intake and part capture.
