Hosting and storage
We operate Farrox services with a DACH/EU focus. Access is via HTTPS. Tenant/organization data is organized in separated workspaces. Details on processors are provided on request or in contracts.
Legal bases
Depending on the processing we rely on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract), (c) (legal obligation) and (f) (legitimate interests such as secure operations). We obtain consent where required.
Retention
We store personal data only as long as needed for the stated purposes or statutory retention, then delete or anonymize it.
Recipients
Data may be shared with IT providers (hosting, email, payment providers such as Stripe in Farrox Pay contexts) as needed to run the service, under Art. 28 GDPR agreements.
Your rights
You have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Contact: info@farrox.ai.
Cookies and local storage on farrox.ai
The farrox.ai marketing site uses two kinds of storage:
- Strictly necessary (always on, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR): language preference in
localStorage(farrox-lang) and your cookie choice inlocalStorage(farrox-consent). The language switcher and consent banner need this. - Marketing / conversion measurement only after explicit consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) via the cookie banner (“Accept all” and “Reject”, equally visible, marketing is not pre-selected). You can change or withdraw this at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer.
Google Ads conversion tracking
If you accept marketing, we load the Google tag ID AW-18448580752 (Google Ads) on public farrox.ai pages. Purpose: to measure whether an ad led to a successfully submitted demo request. Google counts a visit to the thank-you page https://farrox.ai/demo/danke or the English equivalent. Visiting the form at /demo is not a conversion.
The Google script is not loaded until you consent, and not if you reject. We do not use Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, or Enhanced Conversions. Form fields (name, phone, email, message) are not sent to Google.
After consent, Google may set its own cookies or similar identifiers, typically including _gcl_au, _gcl_aw or comparable click IDs. Those cookies usually last up to 90 days (controlled by Google and subject to change). Your consent decision stays in localStorage until you change it or clear site data.
Recipients: Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, and other Google group companies including Google LLC in the United States. Data may be transferred to the US / other third countries. Google relies on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and/or Standard Contractual Clauses. See policies.google.com/privacy and the Google Ads Data Processing Terms.
Without consent this tracking does not run. Withdrawal applies going forward: the Google tag is not loaded again and advertising cookies are deleted where possible. We cannot erase measurement data already received by Google Ads.
The ERP at app.farrox.ai is not part of this website tracking.
