Condition grade
Rating of used condition.
Condition grades from A to C or percentages should be uniform. Photos document visible defects. In German used-parts trade, Condition grade is an everyday term. Recyclers should use it consistently in the team and ERP so search, eBay listings, and customer communication align. Technically correct maintenance saves inquiries and reduces returns. Document relevant attributes in structured fields instead of free text only. Train new staff specifically on this term, especially at vehicle intake and part capture.
