What is Farrox Sales AI?

Farrox Sales AI is a Farrox function. On farrox.ai it holds a natural sales conversation about the Farrox platform, packages and next steps. It is not a replacement for Farrox ERP and not the same assistant as the ERP voice assistant.

The widget is available on public marketing pages. The visitor’s first message starts the conversation. This chat does not close a contract, take payment or send a newsletter.

What the function actually does

• Visitors start a natural conversation with Sales AI on farrox.ai.
• Every transcript is stored server-side — even without contact details and before a lead exists.
• After the first visitor message the operator can receive one start notification. Later messages in the same conversation do not send another start email.
• A lead is detected and stored separately when the required contact details and consent are present. The existing lead notification remains in place.
• In Farrox Admin under Sales AI → Conversations every conversation can be opened and read.

What Farrox Admin shows per conversation

• full transcript between visitor and AI
• start time and last activity
• conversation status
• lead yes/no
• contact details if provided
• short AI summary of the conversation

Conversation and lead are separate

A stored conversation is not yet a lead. The transcript remains internally readable if the visitor stays anonymous. A lead is created only with name, phone or email, and explicit consent. Storage details are in the privacy policy.
