Farrox Sales AI is the AI-powered sales advisor on the public farrox.ai website. Visitors can start a natural conversation. The full transcript is stored server-side even without contact details. After the first visitor message the Farrox team can be notified once. A lead is created only with contact details and consent. Farrox Admin shows transcript, start, last activity, lead status, contacts and a short AI summary.
Not the same as the voice assistant inside Farrox ERP.
